Canmore town lot: grey floor, no picket, nothing on the stair. Aluminum rail on every edge when we left.

Canmore wants a rail that does not disappear in a snow year. The old deck was an open platform. We framed cedar, set black aluminum picket on the perimeter and both sides of the stair, and left the Three Sisters where they were. Town lot, mountain wind, a floor that is square.
